It is our belief at Stewart Harps that even a 'beginner' instrument should have all the qualities and tone that inspires players to want to play, practice and perform, and the Heron 26 has already proven itself to be a desirable harp to learn on. As well as being a great beginner harp it is also ideal for the experienced player looking for a smaller light weight travel harp.
The Heron 26 has been newly redesigned with a full length staved back for a more comfortable playing experience. The Harp is made from sustainably managed Fijian Mahogany with a laminated Finnish Birch soundboard. The pillar in internally reinforced with carbon fibre helping to maintain a stable and strong support for the neck. The Heron 26 comes fully levered with Loveland Semitone levers from the USA. Strung with Nylon strings in the upper and mid registers with 5 wrapped Nylon strings in the bass.
